EVLT

Endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) is a non surgical, non scarring varicose vein treatment alternative that does not require general anesthesia or hospitalization, takes less than an hour to perform and provides immediate relief with little to no pain during the procedure. This procedure generally takes less than one hour and is performed on an outpatient basis. Patients are encouraged to walk immediately after receiving EVLT and will need to wear compression stockings for one week after the procedure. A follow-up visit is required approximately one week after treatment to assess progress and determine if touch-ups are needed.
